We kindly ask you to carefully read through the terms before using our website. By doing so, you confirm as well that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.

Ordering
Upon completing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation will contain details about the products, prices, billing, and shipping address. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at hello@sirapcollection.com
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. The delivery time in Sweden is typically 2-3 business days via DB Schenker. Please note that during holidays and festive seasons, it may take slightly longer. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email with delivery information, allowing you to easily track when your package will arrive.
If your purchase exceeds 349 SEK, we offer free shipping. Otherwise, there is a shipping fee of 49 SEK.
Our posters are shipped rolled up in a protective cardboard tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Learn more about shipping here.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any potential printing errors on this website as well as products being sold out. We cannot guarantee that the images accurately represent the products' exact appearance, as there may be some color variation depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always make our best effort to present the products as accurately as possible.
Prices
We reserve the right to make price adjustments due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, or inaccuracies in pricing information.
Age Restriction
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old.
Withdrawal & Returns
When purchasing goods on the website, you, as the customer, have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the ordered item. You are, of course, allowed to open the packaging and inspect the product. When returning the item, it must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. The notification should be sent to hello@sirapcollection.com including your name, address, order number, and details of the items for return. We will then provide you with the return address.
You should return the products to us within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the products should be securely packaged and in their original packaging.
For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product. This applies only to used or damaged products.
Complaints & Damaged Products
We inspect all products before they are shipped. However, we are aware that sometimes things can go wrong, and if the product is damaged or wrongly dispatched upon arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can rectify the issue at no cost to you.
In the case of a defective product, please get in touch with us promptly. This way, we can ensure that everything is resolved in the best possible manner and that you continue to be a satisfied customer!
How to Proceed with a Complaint
Any faults or defects should be reported to hello@sirapcollection.com providing your name, address, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we are unable to rectify the problem or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
Unclaimed Packages
Upon receiving notification, please check the duration for which your package will be available at your service point. Shipments that are not collected within the specified time will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge you a total fee of 145 SEK (Sweden) or 14€ (Europe), covering the return cost, handling fee, and processing fee.
Limitation of Liability
We do not take responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

The payment providers (payment services) we use include Shopify Payments, Klarna, Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The revised terms and conditions are considered accepted when placing an order or visiting the website.
Disputes and Choice of Law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company's customer service and the customer, you, as the customer, can turn to the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
