Return & Refund policy

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as the customer, have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the ordered item. You are, of course, allowed to open the packaging and inspect the product. When returning the item, it must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. The notification should be sent to hello@sirapcollection.com including your name, address, order number, and details of the items for return. We will then provide you with the return address.

You should return the products to us within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the products should be securely packaged and in their original packaging.

For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product. This applies only to used or damaged products.

Complaints & Damaged Products

We inspect all products before they are shipped. However, we are aware that sometimes things can go wrong, and if the product is damaged or wrongly dispatched upon arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can rectify the issue at no cost to you.

In the case of a defective product, please get in touch with us promptly. This way, we can ensure that everything is resolved in the best possible manner and that you continue to be a satisfied customer!

How to Proceed with a Complaint
Any faults or defects should be reported to hello@sirapcollection.com providing your name, address, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we are unable to rectify the problem or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
